Problem
Before jumping into the next design phase I tried to least out some of the major problems which is the pain point of most the people who own a vehicle:
People face problem to find a better place to park their vehicle
The map on the apps that those people use to find location dosen’t offer an efficient map service to find parking
Most of the private parking lots dosen’t accept credit card and mobile payments
Most of the exisiting apps do not show the specific facilities offered by the parking lots
Users can not choose a slot by them most of the app automatically do that

Reseach
Fo this, I conduct one on one interviews with my friends, techers, relatives and cab drivers who own a car. After analysing the data from qualitative research, i had a fair overview of problem which users face and what are their basic requirements.

My target audience are mid age individuals who own a vehicle.
My research started primarily to understand user’s point of view, their frustrations and pain points so that i can solve their problem through my problems through my product. I have used qualitative research and competitive analysis to gather the required information to work further on my product.

Today, finding a perfect spot for parking your vehicle in cities may be hectic. There are few mobile applications available, but some lack user friendly approch and some lack good user interface.
